购房知识普及之贷款需要准备些什么材料

房价尽管有所下降,但依旧是一笔巨款,像咱们这些普通群众,买房子还得靠借款。关于我们初度买房者来说,必定都是不太了解关于借款的一些问题。今日小编整理了一些关于借款所需的材料,以供我们参阅,在未来买房时也能做到有备无患。


借款人材料:借款人的身份证件;借款人经济收入证明;有爱人借款人需供给夫妻关系证明;有一起借款人的,需供给借款人各方签定的清晰一起还款职责的书面许诺;有保证人的,必须供给保证人的有关材料。


所购房子材料:借款人与开发商签定的《购买商品房合同意向书》或《商品房销(预)售合同》;首期付款的银行存款凭条和开发商开具的首期付款的收据复印件;借款行要求供给的其他文件或材料。
