Reporters learned from the Municipal Education Bureau yesterday that the task of enrollment for suburban public primary schools in the spring of 2015 will begin. All children whose household registration is in our city and who have reached the age of 6 (born before August 31, 2009) will be held by their parents (or other legal guardians) with identity cards, household registration books, real estate cards, medical certificates of child birth, and child vaccination. Certificates (subject to the examination of vaccination site stamp) and other information in the regular time to residence in the school district school to handle the withdrawal procedures. Registration time is July 1st and 2 days.
It is reported that school-age children and adolescents who meet the following conditions are exempted from dropping out of school in the school district where they reside: children of school-age have different household registration with their parents (or other legal guardians) and live alone with their parents; and children of school-age have different household registration addresses with their parents (or other legal guardians) and real estate addresses.
According to the rules, in the past years, the city strictly prohibited the cross-administrative enrollment of public schools, prohibited the collection of donations and sponsorship fees linked to dropouts, strictly controlled cross-district school selection, strictly controlled the enrollment program, strictly controlled the "large class size", and the class size criteria did not exceed the provincial rules and regulations. The proportion of school choice students in suburban and county (urban) districts must be strictly controlled below 4% of the total enrollment.
