The website of the Municipal Housing Construction Commission and the Municipal Guaranteed Housing Construction Investment Center announced yesterday the list of 161 families registered to participate in the "first come first served" project of Tongzhou Optical, Mechanical and Electrical Public Rental Housing, marking the successful completion of the registration of the first public rental housing "first come first served" request. On April 21, 21 consulting families were hosted on the first day of intent registration, with a total of 12 intent registered households, of which 2/3 were neighboring Chaoyang District households. Up to the end of registration on April 27, a total of 161 households had received intentional registration for seven days, during which 67 large-scale households and 94 medium-sized households had been requested. In the process of on-site registration, many families have welcomed the "first come, first served" method, which is a sensitive and innovative allocation of public rental housing. It is generally believed that it simplifies the process of rental allocation, greatly speeds up the pace from requests to accommodation, eliminates the need for too much waiting, and is also conducive to dealing with the balance of work and housing.
