From the part of the city property, Hefei (real estate) requested low-rent housing to ensure service guide (2015 edition) officially released. Unlike before, the latest low-rent housing rent subsidy has added disability criteria to the classification. The maximum allowance for the lowest-income families with disabilities is 14.4 yuan per square meter per month. The per capita floor area of the family is 16 square meters, and the detailed rent allowance is as follows: 14.4 yuan per square meter per person per month for the lowest-income families with disabilities; 12 yuan per square meter per month for the lowest-income families; 12 yuan per square meter per person for the low-income families with disabilities; and 12 yuan per square meter per month for the low-income families. The subsidy is 10 yuan; the subsidy is 9.6 yuan per square meter per person per month for families with lower incomes with disabilities; and the subsidy is 8 yuan per square meter per month for families with lower incomes.
Families meeting the requirements for ensuring access to low-rent housing shall receive and fill in the relevant forms such as the "Hefei City Residential Ensurance Request Form" from the social and residential Commission of the place where the applicant is registered, sign the residential guarantee request commitment and submit the relevant request information. If the applicant's actual residence is inconsistent with the social and residential committee of the place where the household registration is located, he shall first go to the actual residence to collect the "Inquiry Form for Social Assistance Matters in Hefei", and the social and residential committee of the place of residence shall complete the inquiry, fill in the inquiry form and sign the final opinions within 5 days.
The claimant requests the information from the signed home entry enquiry form and the relevant request information to the place where the residence is registered. Families are required to provide all members'identity certificates; all members' household registration books (if the household registration books do not reflect the contact between family members, they are provided with relevant information from the public security and judicial departments); income certificates, low-security families with low supply of security; and marriage status certificates for members of the legal age of marriage. In addition, a household with a house must provide a certificate of property rights or a certificate of public rent; a household without a house must provide a lease contract.
