购房知识:如何看二手房?区域放大

所谓区域放大,是指有的人在购买二手房时现已选定方针大街或者方针小区。可是却看了三个月乃至更久的房子,仍然找不到一套适宜的。这时候,我主张我们买房时不妨以选定的小区或大街为中心点,考虑周边沿线几公里内的房子,放宽条件,找到比较适宜的几套房源进行比较后再逐步缩小方针规模。这样能够防止自己钻进“死胡同”,糟蹋名贵的时间和精力。

这儿讲一个真实的案例。我有个朋友从前想在望京的一个小区买房,看了快半年也没有选择到适宜的房子,后来我主张他不要把规模定的太小,能够着眼整个望京区域。一开始我的朋友也有些不愿意将选择规模扩大,可是苦于真实没有心仪的房子,就又去望京其他小区看了看,成果不到半个月就选择到了满意的房子。
